He began his career in Amsterdam, where he founded one of the first organisations to bring inner development into corporate environments — years before the field had a name.

That work produced what had long been missing — a groundbreaking formula for human functioning.

The + – 0 Formula™ was developed through direct observation, application and refinement — across thousands of hours of work with people facing real pressure, responsibility, transition and change, and years spent searching for what was still missing.

What emerged was not another method, but the underlying structure itself — how a person is actually designed to function.

That understanding became the first principle behind Personal Evolution Agency.

Corporate and educational institutions became the proving ground — long-term advisory with organisations such as ING and KLM, collaborations including LinkedIn and the Dutch Design Academy.

In 2013, his corporate work was officially recognised by the Dutch Ministry of Health, following a national assessment of its quality, effectiveness and preconditions, and included in the Dutch Intervention Database for Healthy and Active Living. Its theoretical foundation was examined in collaboration with TNO, the Dutch Organisation for Applied Scientific Research.

Approximately 85% of engagements originate through personal or professional referral — those who recognise in others what they once recognised in themselves, and organisations that retain him because of what the work produces.

Every engagement is led personally by Siridharma — the sessions themselves, and the direction of everything that surrounds them.

Where specialist support, private retreat settings or additional structure serve the work, they are selected and overseen personally — each one chosen deliberately, for what the individual actually needs.
